1. What shipping options are available to me?
We provide  four delivery methods from China to worldwide.
Express methods:  DHL, UPS, FEDEX.
Postal Services:    China Post ePacket   (only for small packet 1g-2000g)

You can also pick up goods yourself. If you have your own forwarder or account of DHL, FEDEX. Just choose "pick up goods myself" as delivery method for your order and email us the detailed information about your forwarder or account to ship your goods out.
 We do not provide Air Freight (from airport to airport) and Sea Freight (from port to port via container) right now, if you need to use air freight or sea freight, please contact with us.
2. How long does it take to ship my goods from China to my country?
It depends on the delivery method you choose,
All the express delivery methods take about 3-7 working days to arrive; 
ePacket take 10-30 days to arrive
3 . Can you show me how you calculate shipping?
Please log into your account, put items in your cart, choose different shipping method and preview the shipping cost in the checkout process. You can also go back, change the items in your cart, and see how the shipping prices change if you order more or fewer pieces.
The calculation is automatic and based on your shipping address and the weight of the items. We are renew the shipping price when express company change price every year.
4 . Can we pay the shipping in the destination?
Sorry, we don't accept payment on delivery. Hope for your understanding.
5 . Do you ship to PO Box?
The shipment via express delivery methods such as UPS, DHL, Fedex can not be sent to PO Box address.
6 . Do you offer FREE Shipping?
Sorry, We do not offer free shipping. Hope for your understanding
7 . How can I trace my shipment?
Shipment via different shipping methods can be tracked from the following websites. We will also keep you updated with the status of your shipment after we ship goods out.

8 . When can I get the information about my package online?
Normally, as for the shipments by DHL, UPS, FEDEX and EMS, you can get the information about your packages online within 2 days after we ship them out.

9 . How do I save on shipping?
Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. In this case, the per-item shipping cost could be minimized. If you can find another shipping method could save money for you, please inform us the information and we will try to use.
10 . What if the goods arrive damaged?
If your package shows breakage on receipt, attempt to open it in the presence of the driver or at least bring it to his/her attention when signing for the item. If possible, try to obtain a photograph of the damaged package. And also, you need to weigh the packages you received in case some items dropped out during transport from the damaged package. Contact us immediately and retain all packaging materials. Meantime, call the delivery company and tell them about the breakage etc.
11 . About the volumetric weight of your shipment
The volumetric weight of a shipment is a calculation that reflects the density of a package. A less dense item generally occupies more volume of space, in comparison to its actual weight. The volumetric or dimensional weight is calculated and compared with the actual weight of the shipment to ascertain which is greater; the higher weight is used to calculate the shipment cost.
The volumetric weight is used only for express methods: DHL, UPS and FedEx.
We use The formula to calculate the volumetric weight of your shipment as follows:
Length(cm)*width(cm)*height(cm)/5000=Volumetric Weight
Eg. if your package weigh 20kg, but the package size is: 50cm long, 50cm wide and 50cm high, The volumetric weight is:
When you select express method, your shipping fee will be calculated by 25kg.
12 . Customs & Duties
(1) . Can we always declare low?
We’re sorry but can’t always declare low like under $50, because your order value may be much higher than this and declaring that low value would not be feasible.
Provided the value of your order / type/ quantity of the items is suitable for a declaration under $50, we will do our best to help you with this.
If you need advice about whether a particular declared value is deemed possible, before you pay, you can check out an order and submit a ticket with your order number. We will then look at the contents of your order and your country and assess what declared value is sensible.
(2) . Does your price include duties or VAT, How much tax do I need to pay?
No, the price of our products does not include any duties or VAT. We just charge you goods cost and shipping cost. if you are charged of a VAT, you just need to pay it to your customs.
In most countries, you have to pay taxes or duties on imported goods. Sometimes goods under a certain value, or in certain categories, do not incur taxes.
The rules are different in every country. Unfortunately there is no way for us to know the rules, regulations, customs, traditions, practices, loopholes, schemes, systems, paperwork, codes, laws, or rulings of every single country.
Therefore, we cannot, and will not, offer advice about taxes in your country. As the buyer, it is your responsibility to find out that information before you order.
If you have to pay import taxes and/or additional duties and sales taxes, then you would have to pay that to the courier upon receipt of the package(s). We can't calculate this for you and there is no way to pre-pay it. If you are drop-shipping or sending a gift item to someone, please make sure they are aware of the possibility of having to pay taxes when receiving the goods
(3) . Can you declare much lower value for my order to avoid import taxes?
 We will do our best to help you with import regulations.
